Size 4-6 child
Front buttoned shirt with forward shoulder seams has one or two pockets and long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs, short sleeves or is sleeveless. T-shirt has ribbed knit neckband, pants or shorts have side seam pockets, fold back waist casing with elastic and cord drawstring, optional mock fly and optional carriers.
Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope in very good condition for its age with some light creases.
