Romper, cut crosswise with front gathered to bib, elasticized leg edges and bias armhole binding and tie ends has buttoned inner leg edges. V. 2 has eyelet leg ruffles. Bonnet with ruffle of border fabric has back binding with loop & button closing and tie ends.
Pattern is uncut but not factory folded. Envelope in good condition with some light creases.
